Activation Limits
Each JuturnaReport license covers up to 3 machine activations. This is designed for individual pentesters or small teams who work across multiple machines — for example, a primary workstation, a lab machine, and a laptop.
Each machine consumes one activation slot when activated. The license key itself tracks how many slots are in use.
Checking Your Activation Count
You can view how many activations are currently registered by logging in to the LemonSqueezy customer portal — a link is included in your original purchase confirmation email. The portal shows each registered machine and when it was activated.
Adding a New Machine
Install JuturnaReport on the new machine and go through the normal activation process. As long as you have at least one activation slot available, activation will succeed.
If all three slots are in use, you will see an “activation limit reached” error. Free a slot first (see below).
Freeing an Activation Slot
To deactivate a machine and recover the slot for use elsewhere:
Option 1 — Customer portal: Log in to the LemonSqueezy customer portal and remove the machine activation you no longer need.
Option 2 — Contact support: Email support@juturnalab.com with your license key and the machine name or description you want deactivated. We will process the request promptly.
Deactivating a machine does not delete any local data — the encrypted database remains on that machine. If you later reinstall on the same machine, you will need to reactivate.
Offline Machines
If a machine is offline, its activation slot remains in use until you explicitly deactivate it through the portal or support. Powering off or imaging a machine does not automatically free the slot.
Plan for this if you are rotating machines frequently. With 3 slots and a team of 3 people, each person gets one machine at a time.
The 30-Day Offline Grace Period
Once activated, a machine can operate without internet access for 30 days before JuturnaReport requires online license verification. This allows use in air-gapped labs, restricted client networks, and travel scenarios.
After 30 days offline, the app will prompt for an internet connection to verify the license. Once verified, the 30-day grace period resets.
