License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”) and Juturna Labs LLC (“Juturna Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of JuturnaReport software (“Software”). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Juturna Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use JuturnaReport on up to three (3) machines, subject to the terms of this Agreement and your selected payment plan:

  • Annual License: Valid for one year from the date of purchase. Renews at the then-current annual rate unless cancelled.
  • Lifetime License: Valid for the lifetime of the product line. Includes all future updates to JuturnaReport at no additional cost.

Both license types are for individual use. A single license may not be shared across multiple users.

2. License Validation

JuturnaReport validates your license key periodically via an internet connection. This validation transmits only your license key and a machine identifier. No application data, vulnerability findings, client information, report content, or any other working data is transmitted during license validation or at any other time.

For offline and air-gapped environments, JuturnaReport supports a 30-day grace period between license validations. If the Software cannot validate your license within this period, certain features may be restricted until connectivity is restored.

3. Data Ownership, Privacy, and Local Storage

All data you create, import, or manage within JuturnaReport is stored exclusively on your local machine in an encrypted database. Juturna Labs has no access to your data. We do not see it, collect it, store it, transmit it, process it, or interact with it in any way.

Specifically:

  • Your vulnerability findings, scanner imports, and triage decisions never leave your machine
  • Your client information, engagement details, and project data remain entirely local
  • Your generated reports, templates, and finding library entries are stored only on your device
  • Your master password and backup code are known only to you. Juturna Labs cannot recover them.
  • Your SMTP credentials (if configured) are stored locally and used only for direct connections from your machine to your mail server

Juturna Labs has no mechanism, technical capability, or contractual right to access your application data. The Software does not contain telemetry, analytics, or any feature that transmits your working data.

4. Your Responsibility

You bear sole and complete responsibility for:

  • All data entered into JuturnaReport, including its accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness
  • All output produced by JuturnaReport, including reports, summaries, finding descriptions, severity ratings, and remediation recommendations
  • Reviewing and verifying all reports and deliverables before use or distribution
  • Ensuring that your use of JuturnaReport complies with all applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and contractual obligations
  • Maintaining backups of your data. Because Juturna Labs has no access to your database, we cannot recover lost data under any circumstances.
  • Safeguarding your master password and backup code

JuturnaReport is a tool that helps you organize, triage, and present vulnerability data. It does not independently validate findings, verify severity ratings, confirm remediation guidance, or guarantee accuracy. You are a professional using a professional tool, and the output is your responsibility.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Juturna Labs does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects. Juturna Labs does not warrant that imported data will be parsed without error, that generated reports will be accurate, or that the Software will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUTURNA LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Software
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in reports or other output generated by the Software
  • Data loss, corruption, or inability to access your encrypted database
  • Incorrect parsing or representation of imported scanner data
  • Decisions made by you or any third party based on output from the Software
  • Claims brought against you by your clients, employers, regulators, or any other party in connection with work product created using the Software
  • Interruption of service, license validation failures, or software defects

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUTURNA LABS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Because Juturna Labs never accesses, processes, or stores your data, Juturna Labs bears no responsibility whatsoever for the content, accuracy, or consequences of that data or any output derived from it.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juturna Labs LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, reports or deliverables you create with the Software, or your breach of this Agreement.

8. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product
  • Share your license key or allow others to use your license

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Juturna Labs may terminate your license if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies. Your local data remains on your machine and is unaffected by termination, as Juturna Labs has no access to it.

10. Refund Policy

Juturna Labs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to support@juturnalab.com within this period.

11. Updates

Annual license holders receive updates for the duration of their active subscription. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates to JuturnaReport at no additional cost. Juturna Labs reserves the right to modify features, functionality, and system requirements in future versions.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Juturna Labs regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
